I am a retired Colonel with the U.S. Marine Corps, who served as the director for 200 personnel within the communications section. I am responsible for the base telecommunications, IT infrastructure planning, network operations, cyberdefense, data center operations, and enterprise services provisioning for 161 home training centers supporting 40,000.
