What survivability/vulnerability/lethality tools exist that consider the electronic warfare spectrum?
DSIAC was tasked with providing government off-the-shelf, commercial off-the-shelf, or high technology readiness level developmental solutions for portable, configurable, and reliable radio frequency (RF) emitters and software that can be remotely controlled from a standard laptop employed by experts at the unit level in support of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). DSIAC searched open sources for potential solutions and collaborated with the inquirer to create a set of general requirements to form an active technical inquiry that was shared on the DSIAC website, Defense Technical Information Center's DoDTechSpace, and the DoD Communities of Practice. DSIAC collected 13 responses from organizations (6 DoD and 7 industry) that provided comments, proposed solutions, and offers of design/development support to the inquiring agency.
