- CACs can be used to enter the base
- Non-CAC holders must complete a Form 5512 and return it to Holly Jones (email@example.com / 443-360-4600) no later than 30 days before the event.
Please be aware, there are two different prices for this course. One is a government price, the other is an industry price. You need to log into your DSIAC account to see both prices.
Cancelations must be made 10 days prior to the course in order to receive a full refund.
