FRANK ZELLER has 27 years of experience in engineering design, analysis, system reliability testing, and product development at Texas Research Institute/Austin. More than 20 years of this experience has been in manufacturing process engineering, prod- uct and hardware development, software development, finite element analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis. He has conducted reliability evaluations of air launch cruise missiles, Kevlar overwrapped pressure vessels, and lead-free solder for use in DoD environments. He has also developed physics-of-failure based accelerated life testing regimens and associated chambers and processes for lifetime performance assessments and reliability estimates of hardware and electronic systems. Mr. Zeller has a B.S. in industrial technology from Texas State University.
