PROCESS TO REQUEST ACCESS
Note that you must be a registered DTIC user to obtain access to this database and related files. Eligibility will be determined by your level of access in the DTIC R&E Gateway. Contractors should reference the notice below.
Follow these steps to request access to this database:
If you haven’t already, please register for a DSIAC account. (Note that registration will not be complete until you verify the email address you registered with.)
Select the Request Database Access button at the bottom of the page. This will initiate the inquiry and an analyst will be assigned to assist with your request.
Upon confirmation from DTIC that you meet the access requirements, your account will be updated to provide access to the database, and you will be notified.
To access the database, select the Go to Database button at the bottom of this webpage and enter your DSIAC.org login credentials.
