What studies have been done regarding the use of water to counter drones or drone swarms?

In the last 15 years, I have committed myself to research and research support services as a public, academic, and military librarian. I have two master's degrees, one in information technology with a specialty in information security and assurance and another in library and information sciences with a specialty in leadership. As the senior librarian at NSWC IHEODTD, my responsibilities include providing research support with the latest databases and research techniques, digital preservation of technical reports, networking with libraries all over the country to exchange materials, and collection maintenance.
