What digital models are available for radio frequency countermeasure (RFCM) analysis modeling and simulation (M&S)?

DSIAC was tasked with compiling a list of electronic warfare digital models for M&S with capabilities comparable to the Enhanced Surface-to-Air Missile Simulation.  Specific capabilities desired included the ability to perform RFCM analysis and pulse-to-pulse simulation and add electronic protection.
