DSIAC supported AFRL’s FAST wargaming effort by providing AFRL/XPT with a verified and validated wargaming capability. To achieve this, DSIAC completed the following tasks:
- Performed a scientific and technical information assessment and gap analysis.
- Assisted with selecting a commercial-off-the-shelf or government-off-the-shelf tool, or suite of tools.
- Prepared and conducted training for wargame planners and players using the selected tool.
- Developed a verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) plan for the AFRL Analytical Wargaming (AWG) capability.
- Executed VV&A activities according to the AFRL-approved plan and provided recommendations for maintaining, planning, and executing AFRL FAST wargames.
