What information is available on AM in glass for use in producing optical components for imagery and transport optics?

DSIAC was tasked with finding and delivering publications related to the AM of glass components and resurfacing optical components using laser resurfacing methods. DSIAC and Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) subject matter experts (SMEs) collected bibliographies from DTIC and Society of Photographic Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE) digital libraries. These bibliographies were delivered to the inquire, along with a short draft write-up of issues with AM for glass components used for optical transport and selected documents from the SPIE digital library.
