What modeling codes analyze conventional munitions effects on structures and also their cratering effects?

DSIAC was asked about modeling codes that analyze conventional air-dropped or artillery munition effects on structures, along with their cratering effects.  After contacting munition lethality modeling subject matter experts, as well as conducting research on both the DTIC R&E Gateway and open sources, the Integrated Munitions Effects Assessment (IMEA), Modular Effectiveness Vulnerability Assessment (MEVA), and Fast Integrated Structural Targets (FIST) modeling tools were determined to be applicable for the customer’s needs.  Information was gathered for each of these tools and sent to the inquiring party.
