How efficient is Dahlgren Decon/Decon Green as a decontaminant against chemical, biological, and radioactive particles and how does it compare to DF200?

DSIAC was asked to compile all available research on Dahlgren Decon and Decon Green testing and efficacy against chemical, biological, and radioactive particles to determine the possibility of replacing the currently-used standard decontaminant. DSIAC was also asked to compare Dahlgren Decon to DF200. In order to fulfill this inquiry, DSIAC staff searched the DTIC R&E Gateway and open sources for relevant research. They identified and contacted organizations with ties to either Decon Green or Dahlgren Decon to supply information or subject matter experts, such as SURVICE Engineering, the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command Edgewood Chemical Biological Center, Homeland Defense Information Analysis Center, and U.S. Special Operations Command. Bibliographies, subject matter expert contacts, and subsequent documents were collected and submitted to the inquirer.
