What digital models are available for radio frequency countermeasure (RFCM) analysis modeling and simulation (M&S)?

DSIAC was tasked with compiling a list of electronic warfare digital models for M&S with capabilities comparable to the Enhanced Surface-to-Air Missile Simulation.  Specific capabilities desired included the ability to perform RFCM analysis and pulse-to-pulse simulation and add electronic protection. DSIAC analysts identified a number of relevant models managed by the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory Directed Energy Directorate, Air Force Institute of Technology Center for Directed Energy, and U.S. Department of Defense contractors. DSIAC documented its findings in a report that briefly described the models and their model managers or points of contact, if available.  Key models identified included Directed Radio Frequency Energy Assessment Model (DREAM), Radio Frequency Propagation and Target Effects Code (RF-PROTEC), Joint RF Effectiveness (JREM)GEMACS, and Advanced Low Altitude Radar Model (ALARM).
