Is a given electromechanical energy generation device able to meet a set of prescribed requirements?

DSIAC received limited information on an energy generation and storage device of interest along with a set of capability requirements for it to fulfill. DSIAC organized cursory independent reviews by subject matter experts (SMEs) from the Department of Energy (DoE), Argonne National Laboratory (ANL), and the Georgia Technology Research Institute (GTRI) and then summarized the reviews into a response document delivered to the inquirer.
