What are the quantity break points in production unit costs of machine guns?

In support of an effort to scope the reverse engineering of weapons and produce prototype weapons and technical data packages (TDPs), DSIAC was asked to gather additional rough order of magnitude (ROM) unit cost data from potential production manufacturers based on initial production lot sizes. An in-house DSIAC subject matter expert (SME) requested production unit cost estimates and unit cost breakpoints based on increasing initial production lot sizes from three different sized vendors (receiving responses from two).
