Are there any engineering drawings of rolling fluid transporters (RFT)?

DSIAC was tasked with finding any engineering drawings related to the rolling fluid transporter (RFT), which was developed in the 1940’s. DSIAC completed a DTIC literature search that uncovered assessments, lessons learned, and future testings on RFTs, but no drawings. However, DSIAC was able to find a RFT in good condition that was identified as a potentially useful candidate for reverse engineering from which engineering drawings can be generated. A compiled list of the literature findings and recommended path forward were written into a response report delivered to the inquirer.
