Is there an unclassified version of RADGUNS that can be used as a training model while awaiting clearance?

DSIAC was asked about if an unclassified version of the DSIAC-distributed Radar-Directed Gun System Simulation (RADGUNS) model exists for use by incoming new hires/interns who may not have a final full clearance to run the classified version of RADGUNS. DSIAC staff contacted the current RADGUNS model manager at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU APL) about the subject, and then reached out to the sponsoring government agency (Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)) for the previously distributed RADGUNS model. It was found that an unclassified version of the model was released in 2002. The related contact and model information was sent to the inquirer.
